yep i used a light box. Just placed the fruit straight on it and calculated my exposure. Shot it on large format 5X4 with slide film. I was kind of inspired by the whole Boost Juice frenzy that was really populare at the time. Plus i love high key images...hope this helps you out and best of luck with your project.
